Derek Lee President, CEO & Co-Founder	After spending several years as an asset manager in Philadelphia, Derek moved to Tampa seeking warmer temperatures and a slower pace. Soon after he arrived in the Sunshine State, he decided to pursue his lifelong dream of starting a business and with Joe's help, he founded Visual Alliance Media! An early adopter and pioneer, Derek loves to try new technologies and always has a few "game changing" ideas in his back pocket. Joe Imbrogno COO & Co-Founder	Joe is one of the co-founders of Visual Alliance Media. He started the company with Derek after spending 15 years in Corporate America, traveling around the world, negotiating merger and acquisition deals in 7 countries. In addition to leading client accounts and overseeing all corporate functions, Joe is chief dog walker! Emily Sarecky Client Services Manager	When Emily graduated from the University of Tampa in 2010, she moved back to her hometown of Brookeville, MD soon after. Little did she know, Visual Alliance Media wanted her back in Tampa! Emily took a leap of faith, accepted a social media marketing internship with the company and hasn't looked back since! Emily progressed on to Social Media Marketing Manager and then to Client Services Manager and she has plans to keep on growing! Jennifer Buggica Social Media Marketing Manager	Jennifer is a foodie who spends all of her free time eating. The eating comes in handy because she is able to write a successful Tampa food blog, which led her to us. With a passion for social media, who thinks Twitter is her BFF, Jennifer came to us and the rest is history. As the new Social Media Marketing Manager, Jennifer is immersed in marketing, portfolio management and community building and couldn't be happier. The thing I'm most scared of: butterflies \| If I had it my way: I'd travel and attend every single Tampa Bay Lightning game \| My favorite snack is: Cheez-its. Jayden Director of Inspiration	Jayden joined the company in mid-2011 and has taken on increasingly more responsibility with each passing day. Hired initially as the Chief of Staff (but Brittany said I couldn't keep that position), he now directs all creative initiatives, inspiring smiles and spreading happiness!
